Care Support Specialist

We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Care Support Specialist to join our team in Skipton. As a key member of our care team, you will provide essential support to clients with complex care needs, enabling them to live as independently as possible.
- Assist clients with daily living activities, including personal hygiene, mobility, and social support.
- Manage complex medical requirements, such as seizure care, epilepsy management, and medication administration.
- Build meaningful connections with clients and their families to ensure a supportive and trusting environment.
- Comprehensive Training: Access to both online and in-person training specific to complex care, with opportunities to earn a relevant NVQ.
- Flexible Opportunities: Night shifts (2 nights weekly) with the option for more hours if available.
- Supportive Work Environment: Work alongside a dedicated team and have 24/7 access to a Care Coordinator or Nurse Manager.
