We are seeking an experienced and skilled Administrative Services Supervisor to join our 0-25 Service team in County Durham. This exciting opportunity offers a comprehensive office administration service, supervising the Administration Team and providing administrative support to the Management Team.

This role requires exceptional leadership skills, with experience in managing teams and developing existing systems and processes. The ideal candidate will be able to motivate others, manage workload to strict deadlines, and maintain high standards of documentation and care. Key Responsibilities
  • Supervise the Administration Team and provide administrative support to the Management Team.
  • Develop and implement efficient office administration systems and processes.
  • Maintain high standards of documentation and care, ensuring equal access to services for all patients and clients.
  • Work collaboratively as part of a team, contributing to a positive and supportive culture.
Requirements
  • NVQ Level 4 in Business Administration or equivalent experience.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with ability to present documents and reports effectively.
  • Proven experience of handling sensitive and confidential issues, with discretion and judgment.
  • Able to make travel arrangements for business usage, with flexibility to work varying shifts.
