Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced Project Director to join our Building Solutions Team at VINCI Facilities. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for managing multiple projects across the South of England, with a focus on delivering high-quality results and exceeding client expectations.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage multiple projects simultaneously, ensuring timely completion and adherence to budgets.
  • Provide strategic direction and leadership to project teams, fostering a culture of collaboration and excellence.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, stakeholders, and internal teams to ensure seamless project execution.
  • Oversee the financial management of projects, including budgeting, forecasting, and cost control.
  • Identify and mitigate project risks, ensuring the delivery of projects on time, within budget, and to the required quality standards.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and implement project strategies, ensuring alignment with business objectives.

Requirements

  • Proven track record of success in project management, with a minimum of 5 years of experience in a similar role.
  • Strong understanding of construction management principles, including project planning, scheduling, and cost control.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with clients, stakeholders, and team members.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, prioritizing tasks and managing multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to identify and mitigate project risks.
