Job Summary:

Trevett Project Services is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Project Manager to lead and deliver specialist construction and estate management projects across various estates. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for managing all phases of both new build and refurbishment projects, ensuring they are delivered in a timely and effective manner.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage and deliver small to medium scale construction projects, working closely with our team to ensure successful project outcomes.
  • Develop and implement project plans, including bid proposals and third-party documentation, to ensure compliance with relevant regulations and standards.
  • Travel to various sites to oversee project progress and ensure that projects are delivered on time, within budget, and to the required quality standards.

Requirements:

  • Proven experience in project management, with a strong understanding of planning applications, building regulations, and risk management processes.
  • Knowledge of CDM Regulations and experience of acting as a client or similar role on construction-related projects.
  • Working knowledge of NEC contracts and JCT, with the ability to apply this knowledge in a fast-paced project environment.
  • Desirable experience of working within the Defence sector, although not essential.
