Job Title: Air Conditioning Project Director

Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly experienced Air Conditioning Project Director to lead our HVAC installation projects on the South Coast. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for overseeing the installation of air conditioning and HVAC equipment in commercial buildings.

Key Responsibilities:

* Lead and manage HVAC installation projects from conception to completion
* Collaborate with our engineering team to design and implement HVAC systems
* Ensure projects are delivered on time, within budget, and to the required quality standards
* Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients and stakeholders
* Identify and mitigate potential risks and issues

Requirements:

* Proven experience as a Project Director or Senior Project Manager in the HVAC industry
* Strong technical knowledge of air conditioning and HVAC systems
* Excellent leadership and project management skills
* Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams
* Strong commercial skills and experience of estimating or tendering
