Job Title: Project Manager- Building

Job Description:

We are seeking an experienced Project Director to oversee the installation of air conditioning and HVAC equipment for commercial applications along the South Coast. The ideal candidate will have a strong technical background and extensive experience in HVAC installation.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Lead the installation of air conditioning and HVAC equipment in commercial buildings
  2. Manage a team of engineers and technicians to ensure successful project delivery
  3. Develop and implement project plans, timelines, and budgets
  4. Collaborate with clients to understand their needs and deliver high-quality solutions
  5. Ensure compliance with industry standards and regulations

Requirements:

  1. Proven experience as a Project Manager in the HVAC industry
  2. Strong technical knowledge of air conditioning and HVAC systems
  3. Excellent leadership and communication skills
  4. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines
  5. Commercial awareness and experience of estimating or tendering

What We Offer:

  1. Competitive salary: £60,000 - £70,000
