About the Role
The Wates Group is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Project Director to join our Planned Works division. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for providing leadership and direction in the safe and profitable delivery of schemes.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and implement detailed programmes and schedules to ensure accurate monitoring and reporting of progress.
- Identify and implement quality expectations in the Quality Plan.
- Implement statutory, regulatory, and company requirements for managing Health and Safety.
- Secure and manage resources to deliver projects effectively and efficiently.
- Ensure a successful and smooth handover of projects, including support to customers/end users.
- Establish a communications plan and agree accountabilities for team members.
About the Ideal Candidate
We are looking for an experienced professional with a background in main contracting and a proven track record of delivering similar projects. You should have experience with elevational treatment, EWI decorative panelling, and replacement windows.
