Communications Specialist

At Iconic Resourcing, we're seeking a skilled Communications Specialist to drive our internal communications strategy and deliver engaging content to our global team.
About the Role:
- Develop and implement a new global internal communications strategy to boost employee engagement
- Manage and update our company intranet with various forms of content
- Design internal content plans and write external press releases
- Maintain contacts with relevant press parties and publications
- Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders
Requirements:
- Previous experience in internal and external communications
- Strong communication skills and attention to detail
- Excellent writing skills with the ability to simplify technical subject matter
- Experience maintaining internal communication channels
