Job Title: Communications Specialist

Iconic Resourcing is seeking a skilled Communications Specialist to join our team. As a key member of our Communications team, you will be responsible for driving and delivering a new global internal communications strategy and programme.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement an internal communications strategy to engage employees
  • Manage and update the company intranet with various forms of content
  • Devising internal content plans and writing external press releases
  • Maintaining contacts with relevant press parties and publications
  • Working with internal and external stakeholders

Requirements:

  • Previous internal and external communications experience
  • Ideally worked in a business relating to life sciences, healthcare or medical industries (desirable)
  • Strong communication skills and an eye for detail
  • String writing skills with the ability to simplify technical subject matters
  • Experience maintaining internal communication channels
