Job Title: Communications Specialist

We are a leading vaccine company that develops, manufactures, and commercializes prophylactic vaccines for infectious diseases addressing unmet medical needs.

Our team is committed to making a positive impact on global public health, and we're looking for a skilled Communications Specialist to join our Global Communications department.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement internal communication strategies to engage staff and build employee advocacy.
  • Manage and update the company intranet, including content planning and publication of global news articles.
  • Support the preparation of press releases and lead the dissemination of releases via newswire services, social media, and internal announcements.
  • Plan and organize in-person and online events, including internal meetings and social gatherings.
  • Perform proofreading and copyediting, and finalize and disseminate daily press reviews.
Requirements:
  • First-class communication skills, both written and oral.
  • Strong writing skills and the ability to simplify and explain complex information for lay-audiences.
  • Highly proficient with digital platforms, including social media, and Adobe Creative Suite.
  • Strong team player with a positive mindset and proactive approach to problem-solving.
