Transport and Production Administrative Assistant

We are seeking a highly organised and efficient Transport and Production Administrative Assistant to join our dynamic team at Quality Service Recruitment. This role is pivotal in ensuring the smooth operation of our transport logistics and production processes, contributing to the success of our agricultural services.
Key Responsibilities:- Coordinate and schedule transportation for product deliveries and supply pickups.
- Maintain accurate records of transport and production activities.
- Assist in managing inventory levels and order supplies as needed.
- Liaise with suppliers, clients, and internal departments to ensure timely and effective communication.
- Prepare and process transport and production documentation.
- Support the production team with administrative tasks and project coordination.
- Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations within the transport and production areas.

- Proven experience in an administrative role, preferably within the transport or production sector.
- Strong organisational skills with the ability to multitask and prioritise effectively.
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
- A keen eye for detail and a commitment to accuracy.
- £27,000 Per Annum
- Equal to £12.98 p/h basic
Overtime paid at time and a half
