Production Coordinator

We are seeking a skilled Production Administrator to support our client in North Hykeham, Lincoln. The successful candidate will play a crucial role in managing production schedules, maintaining inventory records, and ensuring smooth communication between departments.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist in the planning and scheduling of production activities.
- Use back-end technology to maintain accurate records of production output, inventory levels, and material usage.
- Prepare and distribute production reports and documentation.
- Monitor stock levels and assist in ordering materials as needed.
- Support the implementation of process improvements to enhance productivity and efficiency.
- Address and resolve administrative enquiries related to production.
Requirements:
- Proven experience in a production or administrative role preferred.
- Strong organisational and multitasking abilities.
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
