Lead Data Analyst for NHS England

This role is a key position within the Product and Platforms in the Digital sub-directorate of the Transformation directorate of NHS England. The Performance and Insight team has overall responsibility for providing outcome-based management information, portfolio reporting, and data management to measure product, service, and business operational performance across Product and Platforms.

The successful candidate will have responsibility for leading the development of analytics and reporting frameworks, supporting the design and continuous improvement of outcome-based reporting, generating regular reports, and tracking value and delivery metrics across products and services.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement analytics and reporting frameworks covering digital product/service performance, delivery performance, and finance, workforce, commercial, and HR data.
  • Provide leadership support and strategic direction for the design and continuous improvement of outcome-based reporting across Product and Platforms.
  • Generate regular reports and dashboards to communicate performance insights to stakeholders and senior management.
  • Track and monitor value, outcome, and delivery metrics across the products and services of Product and Platforms.

Requirements
  • SIGNIFICANT EXPERIENCE OF OUTCOME-BASED REPORTING AND DEVELOPING AND USING KEY PERFORMANCE INDICATORS (KPIs).
  • Ability to communicate with a range of stakeholders using a variety of methods and motivate others to delivery to a high standard.
Salary Range: £38,700 - £51,500 per annum

Please note that we may be able to sponsor you through the Skilled Worker route, but you'll usually need to be paid the 'standard' salary rate of at least £38,700 per year, or the 'going rate' for your job, whichever is higher.
