Job Description

This Payroll Administrator position offers a unique opportunity to join our team and contribute to our success. As a key member of our finance department, you will play a critical role in ensuring accurate and timely payroll processing, as well as collaborating with HR and Accounting teams to achieve shared goals.

Responsibilities

Your key responsibilities will include:

  • Managing payroll processing and distribution, ensuring accuracy and timeliness.
  • Ensuring compliance with tax laws and regulations through regular monitoring and updates.
  • Preparing detailed reports to track financial performance and identify areas for improvement.
  • Processing employee data, including new hires, promotions, transfers, and terminations.
  • Developing and implementing systems to process payroll account transactions, improving efficiency and reducing errors.
Requirements

To succeed in this role, you will need:

  • Proficient knowledge of payroll software and systems, including ability to troubleshoot and resolve technical issues.
  • Strong numerical and analytical skills, with attention to detail and ability to work accurately under pressure.
  • Excellent organizational skills, with ability to prioritize tasks and manage time effectively.
