We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Clinical Lead to join our Neuro Rehabilitation team at East Lancashire Hospitals NHS. As a key member of our leadership team, you will be responsible for leading and managing the clinical team, providing expert advice and guidance on complex cases, and contributing to the development of new services and initiatives.

The successful candidate will have a strong clinical background in neuro rehabilitation, with a proven track record of leadership and management experience. They will be able to demonstrate excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with colleagues from diverse backgrounds and disciplines.

In this role, you will be expected to work closely with other members of the leadership team to develop and implement strategies to improve patient outcomes and service delivery. You will also be responsible for mentoring and supporting junior staff, and contributing to the education and training of students and assistants.

As a Clinical Lead, you will be rewarded with a salary of £70,000 - £80,000 per annum, depending on experience, and a range of benefits including a generous pension scheme and opportunities for professional development.
