About the Role

We are seeking a talented Senior Internal Communications Manager to join our team at Network Rail. As a key member of our communications team, you will be responsible for developing and implementing a comprehensive internal communications strategy that engages and informs our colleagues across the organization.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and execute a communications plan that aligns with our business objectives and engages our colleagues
  • Manage and maintain our internal communications channels, including our intranet, email, and digital signage
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and implement communications campaigns that promote our brand and values
  • Provide guidance and support to our communications team to ensure consistency and quality in our internal communications
  • Monitor and analyze our internal communications metrics to inform future communications strategies
Requirements
  • Proven experience in internal communications, preferably in a leadership role
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Ability to develop and implement a comprehensive communications strategy
  • Experience with internal communications channels, including intranet, email, and digital signage
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
