- Education to degree level or equivalent qualification in communications or a related field

- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to produce accurate and effective content quickly and to deadlines
- Experience with Office 365 and SharePoint
- Experience in developing digital communications channels and emerging communications tools
- Experience working in a large multi-site organization with a diverse colleague base
- Evidence of influencing key decisions at a senior level
- Journalism experience, including filming and video editing skills
- Practical knowledge and use of digital communications channels, including SharePoint Online and Microsoft Engage
