Centre Leadership Position

Banks Peninsula Early Learning Incorporated is seeking a Centre Leader to join our team in Canterbury.
As a key member of our leadership team, you will be responsible for developing and implementing strategies to improve the quality of ECE provided at our centre.
This permanent position requires a highly skilled and experienced individual with exceptional leadership and management skills, as well as experience in rostering, staff supervision, and centre administration.
You will work closely with our centre team to achieve our goals and objectives, and will have the opportunity to contribute to the development of our centre's policies and procedures.
The estimated annual salary for this role is $NZD 95,000 - $115,000, depending on experience.
