Customer Experience Specialist

We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused individual to join our Maersk Customer Service team in Felixstowe. As a Customer Experience Consultant, you will play a key role in delivering exceptional service to our clients, driving business growth, and contributing to the success of our organization.
Key Responsibilities- Deliver a high level of customer service, professionally and efficiently, in accordance with documented procedures.
- Liaise with internal and external stakeholders, including third-party suppliers and Maersk offices worldwide.
- Continuously innovate and improve service delivery, identifying opportunities to increase business efficiency.
- Process documents accurately and timely, adhering to company policies and guidelines.
- Produce reports and statistics as required, including client KPI reporting.
- Monitor supplier performance, identifying areas for improvement.
- Support clients in problem-solving, building a deep understanding of their business and challenges.
- Proactively identify supply chain process challenges and suggest solutions to optimize the process.
- Attend client meetings and participate in Supply Chain Management project teams.
- Passion for customer satisfaction and service excellence.
- Previous experience in Logistics (a plus).
- Ability to use logical and analytical skills to solve complex problems.
- Ability to meet tight deadlines and work in a fast-paced environment.
- Expertise with Microsoft applications: Word, Excel, Outlook.
- Good telephone manner and strong Customer Service mindset.
- Outstanding attention to detail.
