Import Customs & Operations Seafreight Specialist

Red Recruit is seeking a highly skilled Import Customs & Operations Seafreight Specialist to join their team in Felixstowe. As a key member of the Freight Forwarding Operations Department, you will be responsible for handling Customs Clearance processes, managing Port Health clearance, and booking deliveries efficiently and accurately.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Handle Customs Clearance processes, mainly imports.
  • Manage Port Health clearance.
  • Book deliveries efficiently and accurately.
  • Book international ocean freight.

Requirements:

  • Minimum of 1 to 2 years of experience in freight forwarding operations.
  • Import Customs experience.
  • Primarily experience in imports.
  • Knowledge of Multifreight is beneficial but not compulsory.
  • Strong organisational skills and attention to detail.
  • Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
