About the Role
We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused individual to join our Maersk team as a Customer Experience Consultant. In this role, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional customer service, building strong relationships with clients, and driving business growth.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide world-class customer service to clients, ensuring their needs are met and exceeded.
- Liaise with internal and external stakeholders to resolve client issues and improve service delivery.
- Continuously identify opportunities to improve service quality and efficiency, implementing changes to drive business growth.
- Manage client relationships, building trust and loyalty through proactive communication and issue resolution.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and implement business strategies that meet client needs.
- Monitor and report on key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure service quality and client satisfaction.
Requirements
- Passion for delivering exceptional customer service and building strong relationships.
- Previous experience in a customer-facing role, preferably in logistics or a related industry.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to think critically and creatively.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with diverse stakeholders.
- Proficiency in Microsoft applications, including Word, Excel, and Outlook.
