About the Role:
This is an exciting opportunity to join Care Resolution Ltd as a Senior Support Worker, working in the community to provide high-quality care to vulnerable individuals in their own homes.
Key Responsibilities:
- Deliver outstanding domiciliary care to clients, ensuring their physical and emotional needs are met.
- Assist with care coordination, including assessing and planning care requirements.
- Supervise and appraise junior staff, providing guidance and support to ensure excellent care standards.
- Conduct quality assurance audits to ensure accurate and up-to-date care records.
- Perform light administrative duties, including data entry and record-keeping.
- Provide personal care, including showering, incontinence needs, and getting clients ready for the day.
- Support clients with medication management and administration.
- Accompany clients on outings, activities, and errands, promoting social interaction and engagement.
- Assist with grocery shopping, meal preparation, and light household cleaning.
Requirements:
- Previous experience in delivering domiciliary care to vulnerable individuals.
- Full driving license and access to a vehicle (or willingness to use public transport).
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Compassionate and empathetic approach to care.
