Job Title: Head of Relationship Manager London

LHV Bank Limited, a leading Banking Services provider, is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Head of Relationship Manager to join our team in London. As a key member of our Relationship Management team, you will be responsible for managing a team of Relationship Managers and Assistant Relationship Managers, cultivating strategic relationships with our clients, and driving commercial growth.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage a team of Relationship Managers and Assistant Relationship Managers, providing guidance and support to ensure they meet their targets and deliver exceptional client service.
  • Develop and implement effective relationship management strategies to drive commercial growth and increase client satisfaction.
  • Collaborate with our Risk Management teams to ensure compliance with regulations and alignment with our risk appetite.
  • Prepare reports on commercial targets and other client base-related metrics to inform business decisions.
  • Represent LHV Bank Limited at industry events and networking with key stakeholders of our clients.

Requirements:

  • Proven experience in relationship management, preferably in the banking or financial services industry.
  • Strong leadership and management skills, with the ability to motivate and develop a team.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with clients and colleagues.
  • Ability to travel to see clients and attend industry conferences.
