Head of Relationship Management

LHV Bank Limited, a leading provider of banking services, is seeking an experienced Head of Relationship Management to join our team. As a key member of our organization, you will be responsible for managing a team of Relationship Managers and Assistant Relationship Managers, cultivating strategic relationships with our clients, and driving commercial growth.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage a team of Relationship Managers and Assistant Relationship Managers, providing guidance and support to ensure successful client relationships.
  • Develop and implement strategies to establish and grow relationships with our regulated Financial Institution customers.
  • Collaborate with our Risk Management teams to ensure compliance with regulations and alignment with our risk appetite.
  • Prepare reports on commercial targets and other client base-related metrics.
  • Represent LHV Bank Limited at industry events and networking with key stakeholders of our clients.
Requirements:
  • Prior experience of building and cultivating relationships with clients in Fintech, banking, or payments.
  • Strong leadership and management skills, with the ability to motivate and develop a team.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with clients and stakeholders.
  • Ability to travel to see clients and attend industry conferences.
