Your primary focus will be on establishing and growing relationships with our regulated Financial Institution customers through targeted Quarterly Business Reviews (QBRs) and strategic relationship management. You will also develop and oversee short- and long-term upsell strategies for the Relationship Management team, tracking and reporting progress.

In addition, you will collaborate closely with our Risk Management teams to ensure compliance with regulations and alignment with our risk appetite. You will also serve as a brand ambassador for LHV Bank, representing us at industry events and networking with key stakeholders of our clients.

Key Responsibilities:

* Manage a team of Relationship Managers and Assistant Relationship Managers, carrying out weekly one-on-one meetings and regular performance reviews.
* Help the team establish and grow relationships with our regulated Financial Institution customers through targeted QBRs and strategic relationship management.
* Develop and oversee short- and long-term upsell strategies for the Relationship Management team, tracking and reporting progress.
* Collaborate closely with our Risk Management teams to ensure compliance with regulations and alignment with our risk appetite.
* Prepare reports on commercial targets and other client base related metrics.
* Serve as a brand ambassador for LHV Bank, representing us at industry events and networking with key stakeholders of our clients.

Requirements:

* Prior experience of building and cultivating relationships with clients in Fintech, banking, or payments.
* Ability to travel to see clients and attend industry conferences.
