Job Title: Head of Relationship Management

LHV Bank Limited is seeking a seasoned professional to lead our Relationship Management team. As a key member of our organization, you will be responsible for cultivating strategic relationships with our clients and driving commercial growth.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage a team of Relationship Managers and Assistant Relationship Managers, providing guidance and support to ensure successful client relationships.
  • Develop and implement short- and long-term upsell strategies to drive revenue growth and expand our client base.
  • Collaborate closely with our Risk Management teams to ensure compliance with regulations and alignment with our risk appetite.
  • Prepare reports on commercial targets and other client base-related metrics to inform business decisions.
  • Represent LHV Bank Limited at industry events and networking sessions, promoting our brand and building relationships with key stakeholders.
Requirements:
  • Prior experience in building and cultivating relationships with clients in Fintech, banking, or payments.
  • Strong leadership and management skills, with the ability to motivate and develop a high-performing team.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with clients and colleagues.
  • Ability to travel to see clients and attend industry conferences.
