Job Title: IT Business Relationship Manager
Job Summary:
The London Borough of Newham is seeking an experienced IT Business Relationship Manager to join our team. As a key member of our IT department, you will be responsible for building and maintaining strong relationships with senior stakeholders across the council to develop a thorough understanding of business and technical requirements.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and maintain relationships with senior stakeholders to identify business and technical requirements
- Work with stakeholders to develop business cases for IT-enabled processes
- Conduct feasibility assessments and business process improvement initiatives
- Provide stakeholder management and communication support
Requirements:
- Highly developed competence in stakeholder relationship management, business situation analysis, business process improvement, and feasibility assessments
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks
