At Oracle, we're seeking a seasoned Senior Healthcare IT Manager to drive success in our Device Integration team. This role offers a fantastic opportunity to lead the technical delivery team passionate about delivering consulting implementation services to clients throughout Europe for medical device connectivity products.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Ensure all business standards and service levels are met for project deployments.
  • Contribute to the vision, strategy, planning, evaluation, design, development, and implementation of products across clients that incorporate the programs' mission.
  • Develop process improvements and evolution of the overall Oracle Health technology strategy for CareAware Device Integration products.
  • Lead by example, sharing knowledge and experiences with the team, and maintain a respectful work environment where you advocate for your team, create accountability, and recognize their accomplishments.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in healthcare IT, Management Information Systems, or a related field, or equivalent relevant experience.
  • At least 6 years of relevant experience related to the role, including at least 2 years of healthcare information technology consulting, HCIT support, business operations, and/or other client-facing or HCIT solution work experience.
  • 2 years of people management, matrix management, project management, or other indirect leadership work experience.
  • Previous experience with the Cerner CareAware iBus and related CareAware products.
  • Cerner Millennium application experience.
