About the Role
As a Food Buying Intern at Tesco, you will play a key role in sourcing high-quality products for our customers. You will work closely with our Food Buying team to develop relationships with suppliers and create new product ranges. This is a 10-week paid internship that will provide you with real-life experience in Food Buying and the opportunity to develop your commercial awareness.

Responsibilities
During your internship, you will be responsible for managing relationships with suppliers, developing new product ranges, and working with our Food Buying team to source high-quality products. You will also have the opportunity to develop your leadership skills, network with colleagues, and participate in our Diversity and Inclusion (D&I) networks and leadership team.
A successful internship with us can guarantee your place on our Food Graduate Programme when you graduate. We are looking for graduates with a passion for products and a love for food. It's not essential that you have any previous experience, but it definitely helps if you have a commercial mind, are comfortable with data, and curious about market trends and changes.
