Senior Buying Manager

We're looking for a highly skilled and experienced Buying Manager to lead our Festive Food to Order category. As a key member of our team, you'll be responsible for managing the entire end-to-end operation of this unique and complex category.
Key Responsibilities- Lead multiple work streams simultaneously, including Buyers, Developers, Brand Managers, Online, Technology, and Supply Chain teams.
- Oversee the development of the Festive Food to Order Marketing Brochure.
- Liaise with Depots and Fulfillment teams to plan demand and volume capacity across the Christmas week.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to build and source customer insight-led ranges and innovation.
- Analyze performance issues and opportunities using insight tools.
- Conduct regular store and website visits to review customer insight and food trends, informing future product and range requirements.
- Support the Supply Chain plan to ensure timely product delivery.
- Work with Category Buyers, Quality Teams, and Suppliers to maintain quality standards.
- Commercial buying experience.
- Project Management experience.
- Negotiation and influencing experience.
- Report preparation and analysis.
- Stakeholder and Supplier management experience.
- Experience with Data Analytics and Microsoft Excel.
