About the Food Buying Graduate Programme
At Tesco, we're committed to sourcing great quality products for our customers. As a Food Buying Graduate, you'll play a key role in managing relationships with suppliers and setting up new product ranges. This programme offers a unique opportunity to gain a breadth of experience and develop skills in negotiation, supplier management, and data analysis.

What You'll Do
You'll start by working in stores to understand how they operate, followed by rotations on our fresh and packaged food buying teams. This will give you a comprehensive understanding of our food buying process and the chance to build a range of skills. You'll work closely with our experienced buying teams to source products, manage relationships with suppliers, and analyze market trends.

What We're Looking For
We're looking for graduates with a passion for products and a love for food. A commercial mind, comfort with data, and curiosity about market trends and changes are essential. While previous experience is not necessary, it's beneficial if you have a background in business or a related field.
