Your Key Responsibilities:
- Provide timely, accurate advice on HR policies, employee relations issues, and legislative compliance
- Advise managers and staff on HR policies and procedures, ensuring fair and consistent application across all teams
- Work closely with hiring managers through the recruitment process, from drafting job descriptions to conducting interviews and onboarding new employees
- Support the creation and delivery of training sessions to line managers and employees
- Participate and contribute to HR-led projects, such as policy reviews, diversity and inclusion initiatives, and employee engagement activities

The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 2 years' experience in HR, preferably within the financial services sector. You should be CIPD qualified to level 5 (or working towards) and have excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.

The salary for this role is up to £42,000 per annum, plus benefits, which include 25 days' holiday, a non-contributory pension scheme, private healthcare, life assurance, and income protection.
