About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Team Leader to join our team at Mecca Bingo. As a Team Leader, you will be responsible for leading a team of customer-facing staff and ensuring that our customers have a fantastic experience in our venues.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead a team of customer-facing staff to deliver exceptional customer service
  • Ensure that all customers receive a warm and welcoming experience
  • Monitor and maintain high standards of customer service and venue operations
  • Collaborate with other teams to achieve business objectives
  • Develop and implement strategies to improve customer satisfaction and loyalty
Requirements
  • Proven experience in a customer-facing role, preferably in a hospitality or entertainment industry
  • Excellent communication and leadership skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks effectively
  • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
  • Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends
