The successful candidate will have extensive experience in IT Security Operations, ideally within global organisations. They will also have proven leadership skills, strong incident management experience, and hands-on experience with penetration testing, red teaming, and forensics.

Estimated salary: £62,000 - £78,000 per annum, plus 20% bonus.

Responsibilities:
  • Lead and manage the CSIRT Team: Oversee a skilled team of security professionals and external suppliers.
  • Incident and Vulnerability Management: Handle security incidents from minor to critical levels, ensuring a swift, effective response.
  • Tool and Process Innovation: Drive the delivery and operation of new security tools, services, and processes.
  • Strategic Development: Contribute to the development of security roadmaps and strategies, focusing on IT/OT security integration.
