Job Overview

We are seeking a highly motivated Incident Response Specialist to join our team at Scottish Water. As an Incident Response Specialist, you will play a key role in ensuring the swift and decisive action required to minimize disruptions to our customers.

About the Role

You will be responsible for managing incidents, developing emergency response plans, and maintaining security protocols to protect our services and infrastructure. You will work closely with internal teams and external partners, including the Scottish Government and emergency services, to implement innovative solutions that ensure seamless service continuity.

Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need a full UK-issued driving license, a minimum of a 2:2 classification, and the ability to live within commuting distance of one of our main office hubs. You will also need to be flexible and able to work regular travel to the Central Belt when necessary.

What We Offer

We offer a competitive salary of £29,000 per annum, as well as access to structured and informal training designed to equip you with the skills you need now and in the future. You will also have access to 38 days of holiday every year, including public holidays, and paid time off to volunteer in your community.
