About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Salary and Benefits Administrator to join our team in Peterborough. As a Salary and Benefits Administrator, you will play a key role in ensuring the smooth operation of our payroll processes.

Main Responsibilities:
  • Payroll processing: End-to-end payroll processing for a large employee base, ensuring timely and accurate payments.
  • Benefits administration: Process employee benefits, including pensions, bonuses, and salary adjustments.
  • Statutory compliance: Manage statutory deductions and ensure compliance with UK tax regulations, including PAYE, National Insurance, and pension contributions.

Our ideal candidate will have proven experience as a Payroll Officer or similar role, with hands-on experience in UK payroll. A strong understanding of payroll processes, tax regulations, and statutory reporting requirements in the UK is essential.
