About the Role

In this pivotal position, you'll be at the heart of our customers' payroll operations, positioned as the go-to payroll expert. Your primary responsibility will be to provide exceptional payroll service to customers with the highest degree of accuracy.

This role requires strong attention to detail, effective communication skills, and the ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities
  1. Handling complex payroll queries escalated from the client, requiring a high level of technical expertise and problem-solving skills.
  2. Oversight of the Payroll cycle, ensuring timely and accurate processing, including adjustments and exceptions as necessary.
  3. Documenting and updating payroll processes and procedures to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements.
  4. Staying abreast of current statutory and legislative compliance, attending seminars and workshops to enhance knowledge and skills.
