Catholic Health seeks an experienced Administrative Coordinator to join our team in Orchard Park, New York. This is a part-time position with benefits.
About the Role:
We are seeking a highly skilled and organized individual to provide exceptional customer service to patients, family members, and visitors. The ideal candidate will have prior customer service experience and be able to work effectively in a fast-paced office environment.
Responsibilities:
- Provide administrative support to the front office team, including answering phones, responding to emails, and performing basic clerical duties.
- Greet and direct patients, family members, and visitors in a friendly and professional manner.
- Assist with scheduling appointments, handling billing inquiries, and resolving patient complaints.
Requirements:
- High School diploma or equivalent required.
- Prior customer service experience preferred.
- Excellent communication and organizational skills essential.
Salary: $18.50 - $22.00 per hour.
