We are looking for a highly organized and skilled administrative professional to fill the role of Administrative Services Coordinator at Qualserv Consulting Limited.

The successful candidate will be responsible for providing administrative support for various HR processes, including updating/maintaining HR intranet pages on CityNet.

This is a 3-month contract position with the possibility of extension.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Providing general HR business/administrative support
  • Collaborating with the HR Co-ordinator and HR Business Support Officer on internal employee communications
  • Supporting employees with e-learning password resets

The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, strong problem-solving abilities, and experience working in an administrative capacity.

In return for your hard work and dedication, you can expect a competitive salary of £22,500 - £28,000 per annum (pro-rata) or £23.13 per hour.
