Job Summary

This role is ideal for a seasoned Quality Manager who will drive product quality and safety standards in an established FMCG environment.

Main Responsibilities
  • Develop and improve product quality standards across all production lines to ensure compliance with industry regulations.
  • Implement and oversee safety protocols in line with industry regulations, collaborating with cross-functional teams to resolve quality issues promptly.
  • Lead a team of quality engineers to achieve operational excellence through continuous improvement initiatives within the manufacturing process.
  • Promote a culture of quality and safety among staff, providing training on quality control and safety measures.
  • Generate reports to present quality metrics to senior management, highlighting areas for improvement.
Requirements
  • Experience in a quality management role within the FMCG industry, preferably with knowledge of quality control standards and safety regulations.
  • A strong understanding of quality management systems and their implementation.

A competitive salary range of £60,000 - £80,000 per annum, commensurate with experience.
