Role Summary

We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate individual to join our team as a Care Assistant. In this role, you will deliver high standards of personal care, working closely with the care team to ensure continuity of services to our residents.


Key Responsibilities
  1. Deliver personal care to residents, promoting their independence, dignity, and well-being.
  2. Identify and report any clinical risk areas, such as weight loss or pressure sores, and take steps to mitigate these risks.
  3. Provide excellent customer service to residents and their visitors, demonstrating respect and empathy at all times.
