Job Description
The Head of Finance plays a critical role in the success of Fife College. This position requires a highly skilled and experienced finance professional who can lead our financial operations effectively and efficiently. Reporting to the Assistant Principal – Culture & Resources, you will oversee Management Accounts and Accounts Payable/Receivable activity. In addition, you will provide strategic support to Assistant Principals across the College to deliver the new strategy in a manner consistent with the College's values. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in finance, excellent leadership skills, and a proven track record in management accounting and financial statement oversight. They will also have extensive experience in leading in the annual audit process and communicating financial information effectively to stakeholders at all levels. A strong understanding of financial regulations and compliance is also essential for this role. We estimate the salary for this role to be around £64,887 per annum based on the location and industry standards.
