We are seeking a strategic leader to oversee the student journey at Fife College, ensuring the highest standards of quality assurance and leading the evaluation processes that inform continuous improvement.

The successful candidate will lead a multidisciplinary team across student records, quality assurance, and evaluation functions, reporting to the Assistant Principal - Improvement, Insight & Brand.

Key responsibilities include overseeing process management from enrolment to destination, ensuring data integrity, developing and implementing quality assurance frameworks, and collaborating with academic areas to align curriculum planning with statutory requirements.

A strong track record in team management, solution delivery, and continuous improvement is essential, as is experience in managing complex data analytics and turning insights into action.

This role offers an exciting opportunity to make a significant impact on the College and its community, fostering partnerships and upholding academic standards.

Salary: £65,000 per annum
