As a key member of the finance team, you will play a critical role in developing and implementing financial strategies, managing financial operations, and providing expert advice to stakeholders. This is an ideal role for a qualified or part-qualified accountant looking for a challenging and dynamic environment.

The Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement financial strategies, aligning with business objectives.
  • Manage financial operations, including budgeting, forecasting, and financial reporting.
  • Provide expert advice to stakeholders on financial matters, including cash flow management and cost control.
  • Collaborate with other teams to ensure accurate and timely financial reporting.

The Ideal Candidate

  • Must have experience working in a senior finance role.
  • A proven track record in financial leadership, with a focus on strategy development and implementation.
  • A strong analytical mindset, with excellent problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with stakeholders at all levels.
  • Must be able to work in the office 3 days a week.

We estimate the salary for this position to be around $120,000 - $140,000 per annum, depending on experience.
