**Job Description**

This is a full-time, year-round position that requires direct client care following prescribed behavioral protocols and programs. Responsibilities include collecting and recording data based on observable client behavior, actively participating in treatment and parent training, and providing direct care to clients with Autism.

You must be able to perform various physical activities such as standing, sitting, walking, bending, kneeling, reaching, pushing, and pulling. Reliable transportation is also essential, as you will need to transport clients during behavioral management.

**Salary and Benefits**

Our estimated salary for this position is $55,000 - $65,000 per year, depending on experience and qualifications. **Required Skills and Qualifications**
