About the Role
We are seeking an enthusiastic and passionate Registered Nurse with experience to join our team as a Child Development Unit Lead Nurse. This is a fast-paced and rewarding role where you will support the Clinical Lead in leadership and management for the provision of care within the unit. You will have the opportunity to be part of the leadership pathway, providing a visible leadership presence and ensuring high standards of evidence-based clinical care are continuously achieved and monitored through effective communication with different members of the multi-disciplinary team.

Key Responsibilities
As a Child Development Unit Lead Nurse, your key responsibilities will include:
• Enthusiastic and passionate Registered Nurses with experience who are eager to develop their own clinical practice, knowledge, and skills
• Staff who are able to (or willing to learn) to act as a role model for colleagues and student nurses within our team
• Nurses who are able to support the team to ensure that clinical services are delivered to a high standard
• Registered Nurses who are able to provide holistic care for patients and their families when they are at their most vulnerable

Benefits
This role offers a competitive salary of £40,599 - £50,445 per annum, depending on experience.
