About the Role

We're looking for a skilled Barista Maestro to join our team at Costa Coffee. As a Barista Maestro, you'll be responsible for leading by example, driving sales, and delivering exceptional customer experiences.

Key Responsibilities

  • Take charge of shifts, supporting colleagues to deliver outstanding experiences
  • Maximize sales by leveraging team members' strengths
  • Train and accredit new Baristas
  • Stay up-to-date with new recipes and ranges, sharing knowledge with the team
  • Drive high standards across the board, from espresso quality to monthly coffee excellence scores
