About the role
We are seeking an experienced and highly skilled individual to join our team as a Clinical Consultant in Mental Health.
As part of our Mental Health Together Service, you will work closely with our external partners to ensure that patients receive the right treatment, at the right time, and in the right place.
Main duties
- Act as a senior decision-maker for patients referred to the Mental Health Together Service.
- Identify and prioritize the allocation of clinical resources for complex patients.
- Offer expert advice and support to all professionals referring into the service.
- Develop and maintain excellent relationships with internal and external partner agencies.
- Contribute to the transformation of community mental health services in line with our Trust's strategic objectives.
