We are seeking a dedicated and passionate Nursery Nurse to join our dynamic team in Leyland.

Main Responsibilities:
  • Care and Education: Deliver high-quality care and education to children aged 0-5 years.
  • Daily Routines: Assist with daily routines, including meal times, nap times, and outdoor activities that promote physical and mental well-being.
  • Collaboration: Collaborate with parents and other team members to provide the best possible outcomes for children.
  • Safety and Nurturing: Maintain a safe and nurturing environment, prioritizing the health and safety of all children.
About the Role:
  • Full-time Position: A full-time, permanent position with consistent working hours (7:30 AM - 4:30 PM).
  • Competitive Salary: A competitive salary based on experience, reflecting your value to the team (£18,000 - £22,000 per annum).

Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • Level 2 or Level 3 Childcare Qualification: A Level 2 or Level 3 Childcare qualification (or equivalent) demonstrating your expertise in childcare.
  • Passion for Working with Children: A passion for working with children and supporting their development, from birth to five years old.
  • Previous Experience: Previous experience in a nursery or childcare setting is desirable but not essential.
  • Positive Attitude: A positive, caring attitude and excellent communication skills to build strong relationships with colleagues and parents.
  • Teamwork: The ability to work collaboratively as part of a team, sharing ideas and expertise to achieve common goals.

An estimated salary range for this role is £18,000 - £22,000 per annum, depending on experience.
