About the Role
As a Peripatetic Deputy General Manager (Clinical) at Barchester_ApplyG CPA, you will travel across your region to manage and develop teams in various care homes, ensuring high-quality care and service delivery. Working closely with the General Manager or hiring manager, you will help implement action plans to meet residents' needs.

Key Responsibilities
Taking on leadership duties in the absence of the General Manager, you can expect to help with everything from care standards to motivating your team. You will inspire a multidisciplinary team to ensure every resident enjoys the best possible quality of life. This involves leading by example, monitoring standards through regular audits, supervised clinical practice, and checking regulatory compliance.

Requirements
To be successful in this role, you will need to be a Registered Nurse (RGN/RMN) with current NMC registration and a teaching, mentoring, or supervision qualification. Previous experience working within a nursing home setting is essential, as is evidence of continual professional development. You should also have experience helping residents with different health needs, a successful track record of managing safeguarding investigations and clinical risk assessments, and some HR experience.

Benefits
In addition to a competitive salary of £65,000 - £75,000 per annum, Barchester_ApplyG CPA offers one of the best rewards packages in the care sector.
